Here at Ampac, our priority is to look after the health and welfare of our staff and customers.

In light of the rapidly changing environment regarding the Coronavirus pandemic, we ask that you understand there will be operational variances between offices in line with each state government legislation. Please contact your local customer service office for specific details.

Please note that Ampac is not as yet experiencing any issues with regard to the supply of products to our customers.

Effective immediately, until further notice;

OFFICE AND SITE VISITS
  • Our staff will not be engaging in site visits until further notice.
  • Our office door entrances will now be locked and shut to reduce public contact.
CONTACTING OUR CSOs
  • The majority of our staff will be working from home. Our main phone lines will still be answered and will automatically overflow to a secondary contact if the mainline is busy.
  • Our staff will be contactable via their mobile phones.
  • Emails will be operating as per normal.
ORDERS PROCEDURE

Ampac is not as yet experiencing any issues with regard to the supply of products to our customers.

We are still supplying products. All collection of goods is to be strictly contact-free, and we reserve the right to refuse supply if the customer appears to be operating in breach of our COVID-19 management policy.

Our store's people will still be on-premise, but a strict order and supply procedure is in place.

  1. Customers are to place orders in advance via phone or email.
  2. Goods will be made ready for pickup and left outside the warehouse for customers to collect.
  3. Delivery note must be signed and left in a box. We will leave a pen; however, customers are encouraged to use their own.

WESTERN AUSTRALIA

As the government begins to relax COVID-19 restrictions in states and territories across Australia, we will be responding accordingly with respect to our Customer Service Offices (CSOs). We ask that you understand there will be operational variances in line with each state government legislation. Please contact your local customer service office for specific details.

OFFICE AND SITE VISITS
  • Ensure you scan the QR code provided
  • Maintain social distancing - 1 person per 4sqm
  • Wash your hands thoroughly before entering the trade and office areas.
  • Cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing
  • Do not enter the offices if you have a fever, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath. Please seek medical care.
  • Ampac staff can be engaged for site visits however assurance (in writing) that at least minimum standards of COVID-19 safety measures are in place at the site is required. Contact your local CSO to discuss any site visits.
CONTACTING OUR CSOs
  • Ampac’s offices remain open with staff on-site.
ORDER PROCEDURE

  • Acknowledgment of dispatch or receipt is required whilst practicing safe social distancing. We encourage customers to bring their own pens to sign the delivery note.
