The 100mm (4”) Surface Mount Speaker is designed for use in Emergency Warning and Intercom Systems to provide clear and intelligible speech announcements. The extended frequency range makes the wall speaker ideal for use in a wide range of applications where quality background music and public address paging may also be required such as plant rooms, warehouses, shopping centres, and malls.
A 22uF bipolar capacitor is fitted to each speaker to provide end of line speaker circuit monitoring when used with the Ampac range of alarm systems. Cable access is provided for loop-in / loop-out wiring via two compression glands to a 4-way terminal block incorporating cable restraint clamp.
