The Top Ryde Shopping Centre consists of four main levels of retail, three levels of basement car parking, and a further two floors of shared space. The mixed-use development incorporates further retail areas, a restaurant precinct, a civic library, and an entertainment precinct; with an additional platform for five residential towers and 11,000sqm of commercial space.
The project also incorporates significant public infrastructure works around the existing Ryde City Council offices, including the creation of two pedestrian bridges and three vehicular tunnels running underneath Devlin Street. These tunnels allow for the safe and efficient flow of traffic and will be exposed to approximately 95,000 passing cars per day.
